Polytechnic Teachers’ Adoption and Utilization of ICTs in Teaching and Learning in Ghana.

Abstract

This paper explores polytechnic teachers’ adoption and utilization of ICTs in the delivery of instructions. The study focused on three main subject matters: Polytechnic teachers’ level of competence in ICT, the degree to which they design and use instructional software lessons, and the barriers that impede the use of technology.
