Job security which aims at buying the commitment of employees rather energies some employees engage in undesirable behaviour towards their job. The objective of the study was to identify the influence of Job Security on work attitudes of Professional Teachers in Ghana Education Service. The survey design of this research was based on qualitative and quantitative methods. The population for this study consisted of the teaching staff of four selected senior high schools in the Kumawu District. The purposive sampling method was used to select a total of sixty (60) respondents for the study. The study found that there was a relationship between job security and poor attitudes of teachers. The study further indicated that job security had strong positive effect on poor teachersâ€™ work attitude.
