Instruction to Authors

Manuscript Evaluation

Manuscripts are initially assessed by the Editor-in-Chief, with support from the Editorial Board, for appropriateness to ADRRI Journals. Appropriate manuscripts proceed to review by the Editorial Board and external experts, while unsuitable ones are declined. Editorial Board members evaluate manuscripts and referees' reports, recommending acceptance, rejection, or revision.

Duplicate Publication

Papers considered for publication must not be under consideration elsewhere, and no part of the manuscript should have been published elsewhere. Simultaneous submission to another journal leads to immediate withdrawal from the review process.

Types of Articles

Articles

Substantive, unsolicited contributions reporting investigations or observations within ADRRI Journals' scope. Abstracts (150-250 words) are required. Figures and tables may be included, but data should not be repeated.

Book Reviews

Solicited by the Editor-in-Chief. Publishers send one copy of the book to the ADRRI office. Receipt of a book does not guarantee a review.

Notice of Acceptance

Corresponding authors of accepted manuscripts receive a formal letter of acceptance and a publication agreement form. The letter includes final revision requests and formatting instructions according to ADRRI Journals' guidelines.

Revisions

Authors must not increase the length unless specified otherwise. A cover letter with a point-by-point response to referees' comments is required.

Electronic Publication

Accepted articles are published in the electronic editions of ADRRI Journals. Abstracts and full papers are available online.

Proofs

ADRRI Journals reserve the right to edit for clarity, grammar, and style. Authors review editing changes in page proofs, limiting alterations to corrections.

Formatting Electronic Files

Acceptable Formats is Microsoft Word (.doc) (any version)

File Contents

Word documents as a single file, figures within the text in GIF or JPEG format. Include necessary style files (.sty) for compilation. Submit as a separate file in the same format as the main file.

File Compression

Combine files into an archive for efficient uploading.

Revised and Final Versions of Manuscripts

Revised manuscripts must include responses to reviewer comments in the cover letter file. When submitting a revised manuscript with figures, include all figures, even if unchanged. The final version must be in Word (.doc) format.
