Guest Editor

The guest editor bears the primary responsibility of possessing prior knowledge related to the intellectual content of manuscripts and publication issues. This entails securing articles from authors, conducting reviews, collaborating with authors and editorial assistants for necessary revisions, and organizing the peer-review process. The guest editor ensures fairness and timeliness in the peer-review process, with selected papers maintaining scientific quality and aligning with the journal's domain. Articles are reviewed by field experts, and any potential bias or conflict of interest among reviewers is carefully examined. When necessary, at least two external reviewers, along with the opinions of the guest editor and editor-in-chief, are sought. Adhering to best practices, the guest editor employs an electronic submission system for all journal communications, safeguarding the confidentiality and integrity of submitted materials.
