Guest Editor

The guest editor carries the primary responsibility of possessing prior knowledge regarding the intellectual content associated with manuscripts and publication. This involves securing articles from authors, conducting reviews, collaborating with authors and editorial assistants for necessary revisions, and coordinating the peer-review process to ensure fairness and timeliness. The selected papers must adhere to high scientific quality, aligning with topics within the Journal's domain. Expert guest editors, knowledgeable in the field, should oversee the review process, addressing potential conflicts of interest. Articles may be reviewed by at least two external reviewers, with the opinions of the guest editor and editor-in-chief considered. Adhering to best practices, the guest editor utilizes an electronic submission system for all Journal communication, ensuring the protection and confidentiality of submitted materials.
