Peer Review Process
The journal employs a double-blind peer review process to assess manuscripts prior to publication, ensuring the quality of the content it publishes. The ADRRI Journal (Finance, Economics, and Sustainable Development) follows a peer review process characterized by the following steps:
Submission of Paper: Authors or corresponding authors submit their papers through the journal's online system. While submissions may be accepted via email in case of difficulties, the entire review process is conducted based on the Journal Online System.
Editorial Office Assessment: The journal checks the composition and arrangement of papers to ensure that authors have adhered to the guidelines outlined in the required sections and styles.
Appraisal by the Editor-in-Chief: The Editor-in-Chief examines the submitted papers to ensure they are original, appropriate, and of sufficient interest. Papers failing to meet these criteria may be rejected at this stage.
Assignment of Associate Editor: The Editor-in-Chief assigns an Associate Editor from the ADRRI Journal (Finance, Economics, and Sustainable Development) to oversee the peer review process at this stage.
Invitation to Reviewers: Invitations are extended to individuals deemed appropriate to serve as reviewers for the manuscript.
Response to Invitations: Potential reviewers assess the invitation, considering their expertise, conflicts of interest, and availability. They may choose to accept or decline the invitation.
Review Conducted: Reviewers allocate time to read the paper, forming an initial impression on the first read. They may choose to reject the paper if major problems are identified; otherwise, they conduct several more readings, taking notes of salient points. The review is then submitted to the journal with a recommendation to accept, reject, or request revisions.
Journal Evaluation of Reviews: All returned reviews are considered by the journal before reaching a final judgment or decision.
Communication of Decision: The decision, along with any relevant reviewer comments, is communicated to the author by the editor through the Journal Online System.
