The ADRRI Board, in consultation with the journal's In-House Editorial Board, offers a subscription fee waiver for authors whose manuscripts or papers contribute significantly to non-governmental organization policy frameworks and sustainability. Additionally, authors from developing countries facing financial constraints that prevent them from paying the subscription fee are also eligible for a subscription waiver. The process for obtaining a waiver begins with the author formally applying to the Editor-in-Chief of a specific journal. The Editor-in-Chief then forwards the application to the journal's In-House Editorial Board for their assessment and advice. Subsequently, the In-House Editorial Board provides guidance and recommendations to the ADRRI Board, which ultimately grants approval for the subscription fee waiver.
