The process for obtaining a waiver initiates with the author formally applying to the Editor-in-Chief of the relevant journal. Subsequently, the Editor-in-Chief forwards the application to the journal's In-House Editorial Board, which, upon review, provides advice to the ADRRI Board for approval.
