About the Journal
ADRRI Journal of Agriculture and Food Sciences is an international, double-blind peer review, open access journal with only online (E-ISSN-: 2026-5204) that seeks to promote scholarly writings and publication in academia and industry in a wide area of specialization. The journal publishes original articles on all aspects of agriculture and food sciences. The subject coverage of the journal includes and not exhaustive; agribusiness, Agric technology, environmental and natural resources, food harvest technology, hospitality, post-harvest technology and losses, catering and vocational, and so on. The Journal is committed to publishing works deemed by peer reviewers to be coherent and sound addition to scientific knowledge to the field. Manuscripts are accepted on the understanding that it has not been published elsewhere, accepted for publication elsewhere or under editorial review for publication elsewhere. Authors retain their copyright after publishing with the ADRRI Journal. The copyright adopted by the journal is embedded below the website.
