Instruction to Authors

Manuscript Evaluation

The Editor-in-Chief, assisted by the Editorial Board, assesses manuscript suitability for the ADRRI journal (multidisciplinary). Suitable manuscripts undergo review by Editorial Board members and external experts, while unsuitable ones are promptly declined. Upon evaluation, an Editorial Board member recommends acceptance, rejection, or revision to the Editor-in-Chief. However, a revision request doesn't guarantee eventual publication.

Duplicate Publication

Papers considered for publication by ADRRI Journal must not be under consideration elsewhere or previously published, including other languages or as part of a book. Simultaneous submissions warrant immediate withdrawal from review.

Article Types

ADRRI Journal considers two submission types:

Articles: Substantial, unsolicited contributions aligning with ADRRI Journal's scope, requiring abstracts of 150–250 words. Figures and tables are permissible, but data repetition between table and figure should be avoided.

Book reviews: Solicited by the Editor-in-Chief. Publishers send one copy of the book for review, understanding books won't be returned, and submission doesn't guarantee a review.

Acceptance Notification

Upon manuscript acceptance, the corresponding author receives a formal acceptance letter and publication agreement for all authors. This letter outlines final revisions requested and details on formatting according to ADRRI Journal guidelines. Submit the final manuscript only after receiving these instructions. Subsequent to receiving the final version (with all electronic files), you'll be informed of editing and publication schedules.

Revisions

Authors are cautioned against lengthening manuscripts unless otherwise specified. A cover letter addressing referees’ comments and noting additional changes made is required.

Electronic Publication

Accepted articles are published in ADRRI Journals' electronic editions, providing access to abstracts and full papers.

Proofs

ADRRI Journals reserve the right to edit manuscripts for clarity, grammar, and style. Authors review editing changes in page proofs and must limit alterations to error corrections and clarifications. Proofs are made available on the journal's website, with instructions for download and a deadline for return to prevent publication delays.

Formatting Electronic Files

Adhere to these guidelines when submitting manuscripts:

Acceptable Formats: Microsoft Word (.doc) (any version)

File Contents: Submit figures within the text (GIF [.gif] or JPEG [.jpg] format)

Include necessary style files (.sty)

Submit cover letter separately

Remove tracked changes from the final version

Use file compression or archives for multiple uploads

Revised and Final Manuscripts

Include reviewer comment responses in the cover letter for revised submissions. When submitting a revised manuscript with unchanged figures, include all figures. The final manuscript must be in Word (doc.) format.
