Editors should make decisions based on intellectual content and scientific merits and should not be biased. They must act objectively without discrimination on grounds of gender, religious or political beliefs, ethnic or geographical origin of the authors. Information on every form of the article under review should be kept confidential. Editors must endeavor to do a follow up for reviewers to finish reviewing articles. If any form of misconduct is suspected, editors must try to solve these issues with authors or reviewers. Editors should treat allegations of plagiarism seriously and also reserve the right to reject papers if there is any doubt concerning the right format used.
