Abstract

Ghanaian Polytechnics are making enormous strides with some of them striving to introduce more market-driven Higher National Diploma (HND) and Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) programmes. These emerging trends require that the Polytechnics position themselves in order to attract and retain staff. The use of human resource management techniques is thus critical.
