Abstract

The main objective of the study was to assess the organizational effectiveness of Tamale Polytechnic. This was done from the perspective of internal stakeholders. The organizational effectiveness indicators assessed were organizational purpose, organizational structure, organizational culture, organizational leadership, organizational resources, and organizational change.
